  • The potential impact on share price valuations (Peleton's price-to-sales of 5x vs Dyaco's price-to-sales of less than 1x) will be largely depend on the revival of revenue momentum (i.e. the ease of shipping container shortage).
  • SOLE, a house brand under Dyaco (1598 TT) launches a connected fitness experience powered by STUDIO.
  • The partnership between SOLE and STUDIO formed on September 8th, 2021 enables all Bluetooth embedded SOLE equipment to deliver real-time metrics, real-time peer competition experience. Over 50 classes on-demand, with new classes to go live on weekly basis is also an attraction for customers for the connected elliptical products. 
  • On September 29th, 2021, Dyaco announced to buyback 4000k shares (or 2.98% of outstanding shares) as treasure shares for incentivizing employees at range of NT$45-90 from September 30th, 2021 to November 29th, 2021.
